Here I am Lord, another day has passed. Thank You Lord for this day that is coming to an end, for all that You have given us. Jesus soon we go to sleep where the night is still and we have our rest, but You will remain awake so that You watch over us, Jesus send down Your angels by our bedside, so that they too will watch over us together with You and our Holy Mother, who too will be by our bedside. Jesus help all those that are in pain, sick or burden with worries, help them to have a restful night, help all those that have no roof over their head, warm them with Your love, help all those that will be working night shifts, help them on their work. Jesus, we look back on this day, and we all hope that we were the persons You wanted us to be, being weak Jesus we know that we did go wrong somewhere during this day, please forgive us for all the wrong that we did, where we did not listen to You and do Your will. Jesus help us to be better persons tomorrow when by Your grace we face another day. Good night dear Lord Jesus, we rest our hearts in Your heart and we trust in You, AMEN
