Our Sins of the flesh was paid by the lashes in scourging, Our indifference, Disobedience were paid by the wounds on His shoulders when He carried the cross, The nails in the feet paid our sins when we went to lustful places, His hands nailed paid when we did bad things in actions, and even His tongue was reached by the gall, due to gossip, nagging and dishonesty.
