The Vatican issued a statement to
honor Chinese Bishop Aloysius Jin
Luxian, who passed away on Saturday,
April 27 at 96 years old. He spent
almost a third of his life behind bars
because of his Faith. He belonged to the
Patriotic Catholic Association, but
received recognition from the Vatican
after the year 2000.
