"Surely, in vain the net is spread In the sight of any bird; (Proverbs 1:17)"

A bird sees the net and tries to avoid it, it sees the net as its enemy. The signs of stress are forgetfulness, temper, chronic fatigue, constant arguments in the head, headache, and so on.
If you deal with the root you will deal with the fruit. Fear is the root of stress and anger. If you deal with the fear you have dealt with the anger.

Learn how to trouble your trouble rather than getting troubled by the trouble and never be stressed ( 2 Corinthians 4:8). In John 14:1 God says " let not your heart be troubled..." its you who gets to decide if your hearts going to be troubled, how? John 14:1 is the answer where God's Word says"believe in God and believe also in Me." trust in God in the midst of anything.
Say this when you feel stress is knocking " I trust Jesus, therefore my heart is not troubled, I believe in God and I am Peace". You will experience peace in the midst of anything. Further in Mathew 24:6 Jesus instructs "...And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled..." clearly that it's your task not to allow that what you hear to get into you and trouble you. There are just two ways - trust God or fear trouble i.e. fear or faith; if you tolerate fear you will contaminate your faith. Start meditating in what God promised you then worrying ( negative meditation) about what the enemy wants you to fear. The responsibility not to be troubled is with 'you'. In God's Word is freedom from stress from ALL troubles, As The Lord says "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33) i.e security in the midst of turmoil. In the world there will be tribulation but not for you. This word "peace" comes from the Word- Shalom.
Shalom (Peace), love and joy be with you & in your heart always.
Have a blessed day
