Be ashamed to sin,but do not be ashamed to confess . Always remember that if we repent of our sins sincerely with all our heart,God and Jesus will forgive us and we hold out a helping hand.
Never be ashamed to repent because repentance will lead us to God,most importantly to us with all our heart truly realized the mistakes and sincerely repented,and God and Jesus certainly forgive us and help us.
God and Jesus love us so much and always will be with us if our heart is kindness and love.
If we sincerely repent of their bad deeds,his sins,repentance can never bring shame ,shame comes from sin,our sincere repentance will be accepted by God and Jesus and they just will give us and our peace of mind,to help us and point the right way , always read the Bible.
