Dear friends, yesterday at the General Audience Pope Francis reminded us that May 8 is the day the Church recites a special prayer, the "Supplication to Our Lady of the Rosary of Pompeii."
The Pope invited us all to join this prayer, so that "that the Lord grant mercy and peace to the Church and the world." In addition, the Holy Father especially entrusted to our Mother "young people, the sick and the newlyweds", and exhorted us to recite the Holy Rosary in this month of May, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
